Provider Credentialing & Enrollment
Credentialing is the process of getting a provider approved to participate with payers, and enrollment registers them to bill. Novusmedix manages applications, documentation, and follow-up so providers are enrolled and able to bill without unnecessary delay.

What we do
- Payer enrollment and participation applications
- CAQH profile setup and maintenance
- Document collection and application preparation
- Application status follow-up to approval
- re-credentialing and revalidation tracking
- Enrollment status reporting
What is provider credentialing?
Credentialing verifies a provider’s qualifications so payers will accept them as participating, and enrollment registers the provider to submit claims to each payer.
Until credentialing and enrollment are complete, claims for that provider can be delayed or denied — so timing matters, especially for new hires and new practices.
Who needs it?
New practices, practices adding providers, and providers joining new payer networks all need credentialing and enrollment handled promptly to avoid a gap where they cannot bill.
re-credentialing and payer revalidations also come due on a schedule and must be tracked so participation does not lapse.
How Novusmedix manages it
We prepare and submit applications, maintain CAQH profiles, gather required documentation, and follow each application to approval — then track re-credentialing dates so nothing lapses.
The goal is to shorten the time to bill and remove enrollment as a source of avoidable revenue delay.
